Writing

Writing stabilize the mind. It is an expression. A way to interpret the thought processes. Mind sometimes has its own world. It has its own body of nonexistent matter. It tries to create an active persona and over power what its own body can handle. Even though the body is a doer it detects fallacious activity of the brain. The afferent nerves get stimulated and argues the brain through conscience.

Illnesses and diseases arise from this without marrying these two. the counter effect of uncontrolled emotions are two things, stimulation and suppression of  the central nervous system, causing either stress or depression, depending on the neurotransmitter activity.

Stress influence acidity, inflammation and diseases while depression leads to in-despair, hopelessness and suicidal ideation.

It is very crucial when these things happen. It is a disease of the brain that the body cannot control. Anti-anxiety, antidepressant medications are supplementing it but not curing it. Just like Diabetes Mellitus, there is malfunctioning of the organ already. In this case synaptic malfunctioning, ACTH and or serotonin crisis.

Brain is very vulnerable from the attacks of its own body's malfunctioning but also the negative influence of the people around you, family, friends, peers...
Worst - if there's no beliefs of Higher Power, God.

The body heals itself but cannot heal further if the mind is not cooperating.

This new millinea, people are getting aware of wellness and rejuvenation for the mind, body, and spirit.

Aside from taking organic nutritional supplements yoga and Pilates contributes the overall wellness, plus, conjoining them to God.

Our body produce its own happy pills. They are the hormones produce when we exercise and expose to sunlight. Sunlight activates serotinin and exercise, endorphine.

Outdoor hike/walk and or work-out with your best pal will make you feel happier for sure. Someone that could make you laugh and relax will gives you fuel for the whole week. Wouldn't this be good when this is done routinely with your trusted confidant?

It is healthy to be around with positive and great friends. They are blessings and health beneficial too.

There are a lot who are not lucky in that area. Somehow they are advised by their physicians to refrain from stimuli and encouraged them to do relaxation activities.

Deep breathing saves a fracture of money. According to one of my instructors, "Oxygen is the money of the body." It supplies life from molecular to cellular level in the body. The brain the heart and other major organs need it. The whole system needs it.

Through deep breathing, it only takes two minutes to get into relax state. A simple logic, "The more air we grasp the more Oxygen we get". Anatomically, the lungs also expand.

Writing. The mind make up its own story. It is vastly imaginative. It doesn't have limits. There's no fee to dream. it is your own.

What writing helped me? It tires my brain. It challenges to create new scenes, new stories, new ideas. It retains information - a duplicate in case words that were constructed long gone.

Writing compensates beyond the body cannot do. It is the sponge from the brain's hyperactivity. It justifies the battle between the two.
